Tiarne Shutt
Tiarne is a proud descendant of the Worimi people and Germanic cultures. Her background spans investment facilitation, capital raising, and building relationships across First Nations communities, investors, government and industry. Tiarne previously served as a Director of First Australians Capital, led First Nations institutional systems change work at the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute, and serves on the board of B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. She has led work in investment readiness, funding strategy, and financial system reform, with a strong focus on creating equitable partnerships that support long-term economic self-determination. Tiarne brings a practical, strategic lens to helping proponents and First Nations communities unlock capital and project progress.
Chanelle mcauliffe
Chanelle specialises in economic participation, strategic analysis, and stakeholder engagement across First Nations contexts. With experience spanning finance, venture capital, business development, policy and community work, she brings a strong mix of on-ground insight and board-level decision support. Her background includes roles with Morgan Stanley and First Australians Capital, with expertise in investment analysis, economic development, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Her work focuses on translating complex market, investment and regulatory environments into practical frameworks and evidence-based insights that support informed, risk-aware decision-making.
rekeesha fry
Rekeesha is a Traditional Owner and proud descendant of the Dagoman, Wardaman, Yidinji, Kukuthaypan and Gooreng Gooreng peoples. With over a decade of experience in strategic advisory, governance, policy, and large-scale program delivery, she has worked across government and held senior roles with PwC and KPMG Australia. She brings deep expertise in critical minerals, clean energy, strategy design, stakeholder engagement, and Indigenous-led development, with experience working across First Nations organisations, industry and government. Her work focuses on supporting First Nations organisations and industry to achieve practical, sustainable outcomes aligned with community priorities and long-term economic benefit.
